Created from a single slab of Weeping Willow Burl, Willow X Burl is an incredible feat of nature and time in motion. 
Immense care was taken to preserve the natural state of this slab, flaws and all. Far too often in any craft or construction project, people take the path of least resistance, often resulting in the destruction of flow that only time can naturally provide. Willow X Burl tells the complete story; no patches; no filler; just the Willow and it’s Burled history. Stages of decomposition are prevalent because let’s face it, all good lives have bruises; they build character and are beautiful. 
Willow X Burl originally was destined to become a high top table, but given the soft relative hardness and more delicate external skin, it was determined to be best served as natural wall feature. Timeless, sophisticated beauty only nature can provide.
Finished with a VOC free natural hard wax and oil application, Willow X Burl will stand the test of time for generations to come.
