Aged Maple Premium Select Handled Charcuterie for One Board

Premium Select is a moniker reserved for only the highest quality, superior hardwoods from my private collection. This limited run of Aged Maple Charcuterie Trays are an incredible example of nature and time working together in perfect harmony. When a maple tree is felled, typically the log will make its way to the lumber mill to be processed immediately, preserving the clear wood grain and color typically seen in standard commercial products. When logs are left to the elements, time begins to turn the pale, clear natural wood tones into an array of incredible color. Shades of red, green, blue, pink, yellow, and more become visible through natural processes. What is left is an incredible blend of stained figure, unique to every piece. 

Charcuterie does not have to be reserved for special occasions. All of my boards come pre-finished in FDA certified food safe oil and beeswax finished. Boards require very little maintenance. Handwash only with mild soap and water; towel dry immediately; reapply beeswax to ensure protection against wood staining and prematurely drying out of board. If board becomes dry, re-apply cutting board oil and wax of choice.

Due to natural variability in grain, color, and orientation, your board will be its own unique expression.
